Delivery time - Internet orders are shipped within 4 i-can-eat.ch working days (over 85% of orders are shipped within 1 working day).

Payment - 30 days net with a pay slip placed in the parcel
- Orders > Fr 150, payment upfront shipping with the pay slip you'll receive by email.
Late payment penalties - In case of delay, you'll recevie three reminders which will generate respective penalties of Fr 20, Fr 50 et Fr 100.
- Over three reminders, we transfer your case to the pusuit office.
Gift - delivery address By default the invoice is sysmatically placed in the parcel even if the delivery and invoicing address are diferent.
If your order is a gift, please clearly state in the order comment area that you want a separate invoice. We'll charge you an extra Fr. 3 for this.
